We want to Automatically populate the minimum and maximum salary based on the grade rate values stored when creating a requisition using a position. The system should additionally examine the 'Full time or part time' field and the 'district' DFF value under the position to fetch the correct grade Rate Value.
If the position is full time with the DFF 'Market Area' set to 'West' then store the the value in a variable as "Annual West" and then locate a specific row under the grade rate value 'Annual West' to derive the minimum and maximum salary values.
