HTML email template

Summary:

Can we use the Global template in the Manage HTML email templates to ensure that the branding is applied to all the notifications , (internal candidates/external candidates/adhoc notifications) . Currently the email template that is attached to the Career site is of Email type CE Notification Template . However , the notifications that are send out using Actions tab or send message does not include the logo and footer configured in the email template . Will it be a mailbox issue or is it the email type that is being used.
