Reassigning direct reports through automated process when terminating

Summary:

Does Oracle have an automated process that can be turned on when a Manager is Terminated and has direct reports, and the direct reports are automatically reassigned to the 2nd Level Manager? We had a situation where a Termination RIF was entered in on a Manager, and the individual completing the entry, did not reassign the direct reports during the termination process to a new manager. We would like to see if this step is missed by the individual completing the termination transaction, does Oracle have any functionality that can be turned on so that the direct reports of
