Development goals drop down

Summary: We have created a development goals library, where the employee can click on the list of development goals and submit the same. However after adding one development goal when you try to add another goal, complete list doesn’t get loaded on page rather last selection shows.

Ideally after adding one goal, the system should allow to view the entire list of development goals. Please let us know why the system shows such behaviour.
