New LDG or Same existing LDG for a new company within same Country and enterprise

Summary:

We are incorporating new company within enterprise and same country, So, want recommendation, whether to create new LDG (Legislative Data Group) for new company or keep using same existing LDG. Please note that currency and other payroll requirements are same as already existing LDG. New company also belongs to same legislation. We have integration between Fusion and EBS because payroll runs on EBS whereas Core and other HCM modules work on Fusion. Some of the payroll setup is done in both systems. We want to segregate setups for both the companies.

Payroll is processed in EBS and other modules are in fusion. Finance ledger also might require to be created new. There is integration to share data between Fusion to EBS and Vice versa. Core HCM data is stored in fusion and their payroll is processed in EBS.

Howdy, Stranger!
