How to Write SLA rules on Rounding Class

Summary:

Create Accounting is failing in Warning/Error in Cost Management, Upon analyzing we could see Create accounting is ending in warning because rounding accounts are not fetched

We do not want to setup default "Rounding Account" on the ledger, we would like to derive/override the rounding account using SLA. To configure SLA on Rounding Accounting Class we are not seeing Rounding Accounting Class or Journal Line Rule in Cost Management (Event Class: Miscellaneous Transactions)
