Mass Legal Employer Change is throwing Individual Comp Warning

Summary:

We are doing (future dated) Mass Legal Employer Change for few workers, it gets processed, but the Status shows as "Completed with Warning".

LE 1 and LE 2, both are in China LDG only.

And the warnings are related to Individual Compensation.

One sample warning, rest are shown in attached screen shot :
"The **** Percent individual compensation plan with the **** Percent (XX) option wasn't copied because the underlying element couldn't be created. (CMP-1005842) Details: Here's the reason for the error: The effective dates on this new element entry are invalid. This entry causes an overlap with an existing entry for the same element Earning - XXXPercent.. "
