Dear Community,

Your help is needed for the following situation: we needed to cancel the work relationship for a particular record. The transaction completed, but the overall transaction status was still showing In Progress after 24 hours. Hence, we decided to terminate the transaction. However, the process did work partially: the employee cannot be found anymore in the search box at the top of the screen; nevertheless, while it can be found in Person Management, the employment record is gone, when clicking on the name it opens a blank page. However, the rest of the information is still visible.
