How to update the DFF, after a Scheduled Process is submitted?

Summary:

We have a requirement to update the DFF of RA_CUSTOMER_TRX ATTRIBUTE15 (Extracted) = Y, once the BI report to extract is run via scheduled process. This we are doing to ensure the record is not picked at the 2nd run.

Can you please suggest which is the best way to do. We dont have OIC subscription,
