OTBI Agent - Error Generating Document

I have an OTBI report that I'd like to schedule to run and send the report via email. I've created an Agent to run the report, but when I receive the results via email, the attached document says "Error generating document." When I run the OTBI report on its own, it runs fine. The Agent is set up to Run As myself. I've deleted and recreated the Agent, but still receiving the same error. The OTBI report has two prompts (Transaction Creation Date and Ledger Name) which contain default values. I'm not sure what is causing the attachment to not
