ORA-24550 Error Code in Create Accounting

We have several ESS jobs scheduled to run on a regular basis for our business processes. One of these jobs is Create Accounting, and we have it scheduled several times for different sub-ledgers.

Most of them are still working fine, but beginning yesterday and continuing today, our Payables process began exhibiting a strange error. The Execution Report was empty of any data. The log file pointed to errors occurring in child processes. Within the logs for those sub-processes, I found very little to indicate what was wrong, except for the following lines:

ORA-24550: signal received: [si_signo=11] [si_errno=0] [si_code=1] [si_int=0] [si_ptr=(nil)] [si_addr=0x8]
