LinkedIn Profile import (Person Profile) - error Bummer, Something Went Wrong

When employee try to import LinkedIn Profile (Me > Career and Performance > Skills and Qualifications) getting the following error

Referencing to Doc ID 2904538.1

"For Oracle customers to be granted full profile access, the LinkedIn Admin user will need to set "Company Level Access" to "On".Path to be followed to check the Company Level Access: Recruiter->ATS Integration section on LinkedIn site, under that Application name that you want the full profile to be enabled."

Where should above be done? Within LinkedIn itself?

Is there any ESS processes that need to be processed after above was actioned?
