Once the observation checklist is active after the course completion

A notification is triggered for the manager that also hold the name of the course or other relevant learning activity.

However, can I pull the name of the course in the observation checklist questionnaire (Not notification) to identify which learning item it belongs to.

It was required that all the activated observation checklists hold the name of the Course so as to reduce confusion for managers filling forms for multiple direct reports
