Unable to drag POV to rows and columns in SmartView

Hi,

My client is trying to use the Ad hoc analysis feature in SmartView. She opens the form in SmartView then click Analyze to do an Ad hoc analysis of the form. However, she has an issue dragging the POV to rows and columns. When she drags the POV member to the rows and columns, it shows that it is loading but the POV isn't shown in the rows / columns.

May I know if she has to enable anything in Excel or SmartView for her to be able to drag the POV to rows/ columns?
