Unable to update SR. VBCP-UPSR-603 : Unable to submit message.
I am unable to update my SR and I am getting the following error.
"VBCP-UPSR-603 : Unable to submit message. Please refresh your browser, and try again. If issue persists, contact support."
I have restarted my PC but still getting the error. Please note that I am able to search the SR through 'Open service requests (All your groups)'. Its not available on SR home page. Further, I am able to attach the documents but unable to update the SR.
