How can we handle non-project hours (e.g leave, training, etc) in Project Timecard?

Hi,

We use project related timecard in time and labor, and add project/task/expenditure type attribute in timesheet layout, employees can select projects based on project team member (only project team members can select related projects in timecard), but employees also need to enter non-project hours (e.g leave, training, etc) in timecard, how can we enter these non-project hours in project timecard?
