Apply Discount in Sequence in oracle fusion pricing.

Summary:

Business Case :

This is required because we want to accumulate discount from first 2 discounts and in final discount wanted to use certain % on that value to get discount... for this we changed the algorithm for last SD to override it as required.

But at this point in time because of sequencing SD are getting applied and accumulated first and hence skipping Matrix based discount value.

Solution Trying :

We have one pricing strategy having 3 discount lists added into it. 2 simple and one matrix based. we want discount to be applied in a sequence like 

1 Simple discount #1

2. Matrix Based

3. Simple Discount#2
