    • How to invoke an external application without having to Login explicitly

    Hi,

    Need help on this.

    There is a requirement where technician should be able to open an external application (i.e IoT AM in our case) without having to provide username/pwd explicitly and land on a particular screen of that application.


    I tried providing URL and username/pwd in plugin details of Action Management but in the mobile UI activity details page, after few seconds of invoking this action it shows a message  "The Following plugin has not been loaded".

    Need help to achieve this requirement.
