Oracle ORC – Question Not Appearing in Requisition Creation

Question is not reflecting which is created in the middle of requisition creation

In Oracle ORC, when we create a question and then create a requisition, the system displays the question as expected. However, if we create a question in another instance while in the middle of requisition creation, the newly created question does not appear in the list.

Is there any request we can run to ensure the question is reflected immediately?
