An exciting opportunity now exists for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

    The role

    Reporting to the Assistant Loyalty Manager, you will work within a high performing marketing team and will be a key player in the operation of the company's rewards program with over 800,000 members. The role will be responsible for coordinating loyalty campaigns and executing national CRM strategies. Utilising your high level verbal and written communication skills, you will work closely with Dymocks Franchise Owners, publishing partners and head office departments. You will be responsible for the following;

    • Coordinate the day to day production processes for direct and digital marketing campaigns
    • Liaise with third parties to source benefits for loyalty program members
    • Deploy digital marketing campaigns
    • Execute the store and national campaign calendar
    • Coordinate the Booklover customer communication channels
    • Fulfil local store marketing requests
    • Ensure brand consistency in all communications
    • Provide administrative and general loyalty marketing support
    • Undertake special project work as required


    The successful applicant

    Experience working in a retail marketing environment

    • Have experience in the planning, creation and production of digital and direct marketing campaigns
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
    • Have exceptional organisational and time management skills
    • Be able to multi-task and prioritise, and work constructively in a team
