    Position Summary

    Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for owning the operational side of the marketing department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes are in place.  Responsibilities include managing technology implementation, email marketing, database management, lead scoring, lead lifecycle management, lead process, data management, system audits, lead nurturing, and reporting.

     

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    •            Evaluate, manage and maintain ownership of the Marketing and Sales tech stack

    • Implement, manage and integrate marketing systems which includes Eloqua, ReadyTalk, Vidyard Calendly, Zoominfo, Convergence, ProvideSupport
    • Build and execute marketing campaigns including campaign flows, dynamic content, the creation of landing pages, forms, and more
    • Manage and maintain the integration and data hygiene systems
    • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales and marketing team performance

     

    •            Marketing Process Management

    1. Develop and take ownership of marketing processes, recommend and implement enhancement as needed, share best practices, create documentation and provide training to team members
    2. Define, manage and refine lead lifecycle management, lead process, lead nurturing and manage lead score model
    3. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities for demand generation
    4. Identify marketing funnel improvement areas, and develop process/engagement solutions with the marketing and sales team

     

    • Campaign management
      1. Own, build and execute marketing campaigns including campaign flows, dynamic content, creation of email campaign, landing page, forms, webinar integration and more

     

     

    •            Data management of marketing databases

    o            Define and manage data integrity practices, including cleansing, de-duplication and data normalizations

    o            Manage data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis, list management

    o            Manage the database subscription vendors and ensure smooth integration with marketing databases

    o            Define data governance

     

    •            Analytics and Reporting

    o            Develop program benchmarks, monitor results and make recommendations to increase engagement, improve responses and ensure maximum return on efforts

    o            Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact

    o            Analyze marketing and sale data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization

    o            Build and manage multiple attribution and tracking models for marketing KPIs including: lead lifecycle, conversion rates, ROI attribution for first touch, multi-touch and last touch, and a variety of cost metrics.

     

    Requirements

    •            3-5 years of experience in a Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations               role

    •            Experience with Eloqua (or other sophisticated marketing automation software, e.g. Marketo, Pardot) and Salesforce administration

    •            Eloqua, SFDC, and Scrum certifications are a plus

    •            Experience with a BI tool, e.g. Tableau, is a plus

    •            HTML/CSS and JavaScript experience is a plus

    •            Intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, conditional functions, etc.)

    •            An obsession with process and have a history of driving improvements to the sales process to get meaningful data.

    •            Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience in a clear, concise, compelling, and informative fashion
