Our MarTech Specialist will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing our outbound marketing strategies and collaborating with our digital, web, and creative teams to deliver attention-getting, action-driving marketing content across channels and tools. And because we usually have a lot going on at the same time, you should have solid experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, analytical abilities, and solid communication skills. The person in this role will have to think like a marketer while having the skillset and desire to spend large portions of their day in the various tools configuring, optimizing, analyzing, etc.
The ideal candidate for this unique role would be both highly technical and business-savvy, with interests in both marketing and technology. You are an experienced digital marketing professional with a passion for efficiency and data quality. You have experience supporting a marketing team in a variety of ways, including lead capture, list uploads, lead routing, and reporting. You also have experience providing HTML+CSS support for email and landing page templates. You have a strong understanding of the ins and outs of the marketing campaign process and sales and marketing funnel and can help the team gather insights from our data and connect campaigns with revenue attribution.
You have a high attention to detail, care about the quality of your work, and are always looking to improve. You’re analytical, methodical, efficient, and leverage data to help guide decisions. You’re a self-starter and a team player who enjoys rolling up your sleeves to get stuff done. You’re happy to teach others your skills and level-up your fellow marketers.
