Uploading Eloqua dynamic content objects using REST API

Is there any Eloqua documentation on loading Dynamic Content objects, their rules and respective content via the REST API?
I've got a large set of dynamic content objects,rules, and content to load across multiple instances and am trying to take a programmatic approach here because the web interface is not practical for this.

Currently, there are not supported API endpoints for dynamic content. I'd encourage creating an idea on Dream It.

Can somebody share with us the unsupported ones ?
