Email continues to be the top medium for marketers to drive customer interactions and ROI. To ensure that marketers can reach customers using varied devices, they must use responsive emails that adapt to technical specifications of the devices, such as screen size and resolution. Oracle Eloqua provides marketers with some generic responsive templates for creating certain types of adaptive emails. However, to ensure that all emails are responsive, marketers must also consider the HTML emails they will upload to Oracle Eloqua. These HTML emails created outside of Oracle Eloqua are governed by best practices to ensure that they are rendered correctly across all browsers and web clients.

Available now from Oracle University, find the new 30-minute Oracle Eloqua: Uploading HTML Email OnDemand Course. This class identifies best practices that help you:

  • Write correct HTML code
  • Eradicate chances of clashes between code written by you and code already present in Oracle Eloqua
  • Ensure that uploaded HTML emails are rendered as designed across the majority of browsers and email clients

This class is intended for Advanced Marketers who create (or manage the creation of) and upload HTML emails. Note that for a rewarding learning experience you must have functional knowledge of HTML concepts and coding.
