Salesforce Integration App Errors

Hi all - looking for some insight!

I can see that we're looking/hoping for an Eloqua update to actually identify the records (with a SF ID/email address) that are failing/erroring out the integration app. However, I wonder... when a call fails, is it tried again?

I ask because for those errors I'm able to identify (sometimes I get a street address/phone number) a good number of them actually already have a "last synced by crm date" as the same day the error I'm researching happened. So that makes me wonder if they aren't tried again.
