Is it possible create forms with dependency between two contact fields?

We need to create forms with dependency, since our business is about schools with 63 sites but not all of them have the same grade (In Peru there are 14 grades or levels of studies).
For example, in our site A we only offer the 6 grades (from 1st to 6th grade). Therefore, if in the form, the parent selects site A, that in the following field, which is the grades, the 6 grades offered by site A will be shown, but not the 14 grades of studies.

Hello @User_5G8I2
Just to confirm - you would want to decide that some fields won’t be shown on the form unless the user checks a field that makes them visible, right? This would require a custom solution to conditionally display form fields based on another form field value. Unfortunately, Eloqua doesn't offer conditional rules for form fields visibility, so you would have to update your HTML with some Javascript to accomplish this.
Here's a dream it idea in case you would like to provide your feedback: https://community.oracle.com/topliners/discussion/4389220/dependent-field-visibility-logic
