Eloqua Segment refresh via API

Hi All,

we wanted to refresh the segment via API call and get the latest counts.

Till now we were using REST API POST request with endpoint -> "https://secure.p06.eloqua.com/API/REST/2.0/assets/contact/segment/queue/id" to refresh the segment. But after 23A release of Eloqua this API endpoint is failing 7 out of 10 times.

so, is there any alternate option to refresh the segment via API?

does Eloqua have this considered in any release near future?
