attaching candidates to a req when candidate is already attached to a req

Hi.

Does anyone have a need for their recruiters and hiring managers to attach a candidate to a requisition they own even if those candidates are already attached to a requisition not owned by that recruiter or hiring manager? See between the lines below for more detail.

Seems like this is not possible in TBE Recruit. I would love it f I am wrong.

I can think of a few work-arounds. Have any of you faced this and hit on a good solutioin?

Best wishes,

Richard

User1 is not able to attach Candidate1 and Candidate2 to Requisition 1234.

The reason for this is because the candidates have applied to requisitions not owned by User1. So when she tires to attach candidates that have applied to a requisition not owned by her (whom have applied to another requisitions) she will get access denied and will not be able to do so.

Howdy, Stranger!
