Req-specific Candidate Status
Content
Hi there-
This is probably a really easy fix, but any help much appreciated.
I've created a recruitment overview report, which provides all the details of any req across the business. I wanted to add in Req-specific Candidate Status as an indicator of what stage the recruit for each req is (as opposed to Req Main Status which is less detailed). What it's showing however is the earliest stage any associated candidates are at - ie if we have a req which is at offer stage but which still has a candidate sitting in 'New' the req is displayed as New. Is there any way I can get this to display the furthest status
