I am a product manager for Recruiting Center and Mobile Recruiting Applications at Oracle Taleo. I wanted to get an understanding of the process customers use when rejecting / approving candidate submissions, offers and requisitions. Please provide your answer in the reply. 1. When users reject or approve candidate submissions does your process and TEE configuration require the user to input a reason for rejection / approval? Or is entering the reason for rejection / approval optional?
