Adding date stamp and req name to thank you page

We are currently working on makings some updates to the "Thank you" page of our career website. Currently the page has something generic in it that says something along the lines of "Thank you for applying for this position". We are hoping to update this thank you page to include two main things: a time/date stamp, and a the name of the the requisition. So the previous thank you would look like "Thank for applying for HR Manager (name pulled from the Requistion title) position on October 29th, at 9:45 AM"

We have a large percentage of our population that don't have computers at home. So our HR team has setup kiosks that people can apply for jobs on. By making these changes we are hoping to give this population something that they can printout and have so that they know for certain that they applied for the position. Another thought was a confirmation number of some type, but I thought the above changes would be easier to make.

Howdy, Stranger!
