Having trouble to display an image on our learn center header

Can someone help?

We are adding an image to our learn center header. We use the Control Panel's Edit Header option. Adding the image is a bit tricky as it easily distorts other objects.. but we eventually get it right.

The issue is, once we save it, it looks just perfect, but when we log out, all we see at the login screen level is what seems to be a distorted 'Lock' image, instead of the one we just added. If we add text, it looks just the same as after login in. The problem is with images.

That image was loaded into the Reource Center and gotten from it to insert it in the header. I tried both, the 'insert image' and the 'resource manager' buttons. Both seem to work fine after loggin in, but not outside.

Howdy, Stranger!
