Situation.
If your client is activating the Contingent Module, and they use Agencies to fill some Contingent positions, you can create a separate Contingent only Agency Portal for this purpose.
The main advantage to having a Contingent only Agency Portal is that the critical fields "Target Start Date" and "Target End Date" can be published to it. If your client has an existing Agency Portal, they could consider having a consolidated Agency portal, one that includes both Contingent and non-Contingent postings. However, the problem there is that the "Target Start Date" and "Target End Date" fields will be displayed to the non-Contingent Agents/Agencies, likely causing confusion. If a Contingent only Agency Portal is deployed, it can include these fields that are relevant for Contingent Requisitions, and any other Agency Portals
