I'm having an issue with date formats in OBI.  Essentially, no matter what format we use on the query/analysis end, the date is changed to a text field in Excel and doesn't allow us to alter formats for filtering or pivot tables.  These are indeed date fields (Application Date, Hired Date, etc) and I've tried the original date version, overrides for other version and custom versions, nothing seems to work when exporting to Excel 2007+.  We have dozens or reports that go out to many users and we need to be able to use those as dates.  Some users pivot off the
