Peer / Multi-Rater Criteria Unique from Self/Manager Review Criteria
Content
..Is it possible to create a review where the Peer/Multi-Rater competencies are different than the Self/Manager Review Competencies, without also having those competencies appear on the Self/Manager review forms?
We have historically had peers answer a small set of open ended questions about their co-workers, not detailed input on their direct competencies.
I have been able to translate our existing questions into scorable competencies and direct folks to input text feedback as well, but have not been able to determine how to make them a weighted part of the review, without having the Peer competencies appear to (and seem as if they should be scored by) the employee and manager. Is this possible?
