XML data need to display data in separate fields

Hi All,

We have a requirement when we perform any Job change action from Fusion Cloud HRMS application it will go for approval. In this stage we need to build a BIP report to display data like who initiated the process and who are going to approve this transaction.

I did research on this and I found that data will be there in “DATA_CACHE” column in “hrc_txn_data” table but here the data will be stored in a XML format.

I need your help to display data in a separate fields.

Please suggest.
