How to restrict users / requester to inventory items and BPAs?

Hello,

we would like to have several catalogues, so that we restrict users/requesters to certaing items (loaded in Inventory), categories and BPAs. How can we achieve this?

I have not been able to find any good documentation so that I know how to perform all the setup related to catalogues, content zones and so.

Apart from that, I found that now, certain users have a new link called "Requisition Line Entry", in Purchase Requisitions Quick Links area, and some other do not have access to that funcionality. I am not sure what enabled that link.

Any help is appreciated.
