How do others handle this process during review time?Content
I am wondering how others are handling their employee data import during review time. The interface from our HRM system includes information such as the employees location, review manager, and job title. We turned the weekly employee import off after August 1 to allow for the review cycle to be completed without processing any updates to employee records (to make sure that the previous manager was able to complete the review for the employee if he or she was promoted or transferred during review season), but now we aren't getting data set up for new employees to enter goals and
