Saving custom formulas as reusuable fields in OBI?

We use a bin formula across many of our dashboards that we update frequently. It's arduous, because we have to update the formula in every analyses. Is there a way to save formulas in OBI as custom fields that can be reused so that you only need to update in one place and it would dynamically update all of the reports and filters that are associated with it?
