I am trying to build a report that captures all submissions byt Submission Identifier.

I am trying to build a report that captures all submissions byt Submission Identifier. And unfortunately I am finding that TEE creates a different submission Identifier everytime the Recruiter Matches a pipeline candidate to a standard req. In those instances I am double counting those candidates submissions. I found a transaction even name "candidate matched" and essentially I would like to exclude those submissions Identifiers that have that sort of transaction in them. 

I am ok with different submission Identifiers per candidate Ids if they actually applied to them.
