Hopefully I am just missing something simple, but can someone help me with the following scenario for my report? I have a report that prompts by req number and filters by candidates who did not meet minimum requirements. On that report, I pull in the candidate name and the prescreening question description along with the candidate answer. What I also need to pull in is a column that shows me which of those answers where the ones that did not meet the requirement or asset and the ones that did meet. Everything I try with either fields available or formulas, ends
