Pre-screening Questions against Manually Created Candidates

Is there a way to record pre-screening answers against manually created candidates

When creating a candidate manually on a job specific submission is there anyway to record the answers to pre-screening questions they would have to answer had they have applied organically?

I cannot edit the questionnaire section once I have created a candidate but have no opportunity to answer those during the creation process, has anyone solutions?
