Duplicate Candidate Search when Candidate Creates Account in the Career Section
Summary
Are there parameters other than email that the system checks when a candidate creates a profile/ job submission to see if they are duplicate?Content
Is there any other parameters that the system can check other than email to see if the candidate is a duplicate when they are creating a profile/ job submission on the career site? I know it would look at email if you require unique emails, but didn't think it would be able to check on anything else. I know that you can do a duplicate check when a recruiting user is creating a candidate in the system, but I am more interested in profiles that candidates create for themselves. Thanks!
