Custom HCM Extract Completes Successfully But None of the Extract Attributes are returned in XML Out

Hi Experts,
I have created a very simple HCM Extract (Extract Structure in "UseCalculatedValuesCustomExtract_ExtractDefinitionXSD" file)
The Output File generated consists of only parameter values ( "UseCalculatedValuesCustomExtractOutput")
To give a brief description of the Extract:
1. UE used : PER_EXT_SEC_PERSON_UE
2. Threading Database Item : Extract Person ID
3. Threading Object Type : Object Actions
4. Data Element Details are:
a) Person Number
b) Previous Employer LOS In Years ( Calculated from a Extract Rule Fast Formula say FF1 which returns hard coded value of 2 ) ........ this was for demo purpose hence a constant value was used for simplicity
