Approval Routing for Requisitions

Hello,

 

To ensure strong cost control in headcount we have been asked to investigate the feasibility of implementing the below when a user requests a requisition. For context, our business does not have a centralised recruitment team raising requisitions, this is done at hiring manager level and therefore 400+ users across the business and therefore the approval of a requisition is important to ensure the headcount stays within budget.

 

The company wishes to have auto-generated approvers based on the line management structure within HCM Cloud (although there is no current integration of the applications) based on the following criteria:
