Hello,

When selecting the phase dates for my report package I can't seem to get the date format correct.  The prompt often changes the format that it says I should use and even when  it matches the error prompt format an error still occurs, even if I select direct from the pop-up calendar the date format still has an error.  As a result I'm unable to add dates to any of my phases of the report package.  I've tried this on Chrome and Firefox so don't believe it's a browser issue.
