View Columns/Folder Rules

Just like we have folder rules in EBS, do we have anything in Cloud Applications? When i run the 'Check Availability' either in Order Mgmt or GOP some of the columns like 'Split Allowed' or 'Substitution Items Allowed' are to be manually added so that we can change them and then refresh the GOP results. However there is no way to save these columns or re-order them for future use. I will have to add them again if i were to use them again. That's inefficient. Do we have anything like folder rules in Cloud Applications that allows to save
