EL Expression for Hide fields

Hi friends,

We need hide a field from a sandbox using a EL Expression for a combination of roles, for instance, I need hide the field for users in role1 and role2, but if the user is in role1 and role2 and additional role3 or any role then show this field. how can achieve this?
