Calling SaaS API from VBCS application

Hello

  We are building an application in VBCS, which will talk to Oracle Fusion to do receiving. We need the following help

1.  We want to be able to capture the username of the person loging in. We will use that variable to make a API call.

2. We want to be able to use the SSO feature, so that a user when being presented with VBCS url screen, is shown Fusion SaaS Login page to authenticate him. In other words SaaS will act as a Identity provider.
