We have a requirement where we need to trigger emails whenever there are resignations. We need to trigger notifications when a resignation is submitted (Submission notification) and approved (Approval notification).

We have cloned delivered template and modified notifications based on requirement.

 

The workflow is triggering emails correctly sometimes and sometimes not.

Sometimes we are getting Submission notification when we click on approve. We are thinking there could be a lag in updating the tables in the back end even before the event is triggering.
